How can I look up my child’s online code?


 Online codes will only be sent to e-mail addresses that we have on file, if your child included your e-mail address into our file when they were photographed you will be able to retrieve their online code. If they did not include your email address when they registered their information with us, they will need to request their code themselves which they can then share with you 


 Once I place my order, when can I expect to receive my photos?

It takes approximately between 2-3 weeks to process your photos. All senior portraits are cropped, color corrected, and retouched.

How can I place an order?

Orders can be place online through our website or by mail, using the order form you received with your proofs.

When it is open?
The WhatsApp chat service is open between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm
What happens if I send a message in the evening or at the weekend?
The service is currently open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm so we won’t be able to respond to messages that come in outside of these times straight away. The service is closed on weekends and public holidays.
When will you get back to me?
It depends on how many people are using the service. We can't always get back to you instantly. If the service is quite busy we might be responding to several people so bear with us. 
Can I call you via WhatsApp?
No, this service is for Chatting only, about your order or any other question about your photos.
What do you do with the messages I send?
We delete chats that have finished at least once a week. So if you contact us again more than a week later.
What will you do with my personal information?
We will only use any personal information you give us to deal with your questions, we ask your age and gender so we can provide personalized advice and support.
